Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of sekuence.app and any services provided by Sekuence(“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Using the service

You may use the service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

• Interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service;
• Use the service to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as permitted by law.

3. Accounts

If the service offers accounts, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, and the courts of Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
